Press Conference for the Book Launch of 'Let's Make the World's Best School Lunch!!' to be Held on July 4th (Sat)

On July 4, 2026, Nitobe Bunka Gakuen (Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Chair: Kuniyasu Hiraiwa) will hold a media-only press conference with a tasting session to commemorate the release of their book, 'Let's Make the World's Best School Lunch!!'.

This event is part of the comprehensive partnership agreement established in February 2022 with the All Japan Food Association (Chair: Yuji Wakiya). It aims to showcase the ultimate recipes of 'Nitobe Gohan' developed with the cooperation of 12 renowned chefs. Chefs involved in the development will attend to share their thoughts and inspirations behind the recipes.

Scheduled Chefs Kazutoyo Inoue (szechwan restaurant Chen), Naoyuki Yanagihara (Kin-sa Ryu Yanagihara Cooking School), Ryohei Hayashi (Nihonryori Tenoshima), Yoshifumi Ozawa (Wakiya), Ryuichi Takano (Sushi Tamakagari / Tempura Tamagoromo), Shankar Noguchi (Indo American Trading Co.), Haruki Kawakami (Casa di Camino), Kimio Nonaga (Nihonbashi Yukari), Daisuke Nomura (Shojin Sougo), and Takayuki Fukuda (Kioicho Fukudaya).

Additionally, on the previous day, July 3 (Fri), a special lunch service project featuring chef Natsuko Shoji (été) will be conducted separately.
