— The Third-Year Challenge —

To all educators who believe in the potential of education and continue to strive forward.

TEACHERS’ HUB returns once again at the start of summer for its third edition.

Over the past two years, this event has become a vibrant 'crossroads' where diverse educators from across Japan gather to share their practices and passions.

This third year, we aim not only for meaningful encounters at this crossroads but also to connect and extend those connections. With this intention, we have chosen the theme 'Meet, Talk, Weave'.

Carrying forward the momentum of our passionate journey so far, this year we will take an even greater step forward.

Theme: 'Meet, Talk, Weave'

In a world of rapid change and shifting social structures,

education is now facing waves of transformation unlike anything seen before.

'In this new era, how should we engage with our students?'

The answer does not lie with any single great leader or keynote speaker.

Instead, the clues to the future must reside within each of us—educators who struggle daily in the field, constantly asking questions.

That is why this year’s TEACHERS’ HUB aims not to be a place where knowledge is 'taught',

but a flat, open space where we 'connect'.

Rather than having one person speak while everyone listens, we encourage participants to gather around topics of interest, share their classroom experiences and struggles, and let ideas blend together.

Let us actively build connections across positions, school types, and career stages, and co-create new educational concepts together.

[You Shape This Day]

Which themes will you discuss? With whom will you deepen your learning?

This event is not simply a place to passively 'receive' a pre-arranged program.

It is a space we create together through your own 'questions' and 'active dialogue'.

Those gathering here are educators who 'believe in the potential of education and continue to challenge themselves alongside peers'.

United by this one and greatest commonality, we come together once again in the same space, facing a changing world and sharing the courage to take our next steps forward.

Now, in this third summer,

the future of education begins to move once more. TEACHERS’ HUB 2026 begins.
