Kadokawa Dwango Gakuen, the school corporation operating N High School, S High School, R High School (collectively, the N High School Group), and N Junior Division, has decided to revise its salary structure effective April 2027, raising starting salaries for teachers to up to 300,000 JPY. In recent years, as demand for correspondence high schools grows and personalized, student-centered learning becomes increasingly important, securing high-quality teaching staff has become crucial in the education sector.
Since the opening of N High School in 2016, the N High School Group has implemented a specialized division of labor among teaching staff. Dedicated teams handle career guidance, club activities, experiential learning, and other tasks, reducing teacher workload while enabling higher-quality education and guidance for students.
This salary revision aims to strengthen the existing specialized division of labor by attracting diverse, highly skilled, and motivated talent, thereby enhancing the quality of education provided to students.
