Ezo abalone, raised in the cold seas of Hokkaido feeding on high-quality kelp, possesses intense umami and an exceptional, crisp texture. In this plan, the Ezo abalone is served grilled on a ceramic plate, accompanied by a savory 'liver-butter-soy sauce.' It is a special, limited-time plan that allows guests to enjoy the unique texture and rich flavor of the abalone served piping hot.
