Nojima Co., Ltd. Announces Over 100 Senior Employees Aged 65 and Above!

Nojima Co., Ltd. (Representative Executive President: Hiroshi Nojima) is pleased to announce that the number of senior employees aged 65 and above has exceeded 100. Our company abolished the employment age limit in 2021 to allow employees aged 80 and above to continue working, based on our desire for them to continue to thrive as long as they are healthy and motivated, regardless of age. As of February 28, 2026, there are 102 senior employees aged 65 and above, of whom 4 are aged 80 and above.

<Background of Employment Extension> In July 2020, our company established the re-employment age limit at 80. However, there were requests from employees over 80 who wished to continue working beyond this limit. After interviews with the individuals and considering their health and work status, we decided to continue their employment, and consequently, abolished the employment age limit in October 2021.
