On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Hotel Niwa Tokyo will host a one-night-only special event at its Japanese restaurant, Yukuri, titled 'A Gastronomic Journey Through the Five Senses with the Four Seasons Garden.' This third installment of the popular series will focus on Chiba Prefecture, a treasure trove of ingredients. The event features a kaiseki course using Chiba's prized foods, including spiny lobster, paired with specially selected sake from the Iinuma Honke brewery, which boasts over 300 years of history. The price is 20,000 JPY per person, including the meal, free-flow drinks, tax, and service charge, with a capacity of 20 guests.
