(Adding value to those expectations).
Nomura Real Estate Solutions Co., Ltd. is launching the new commercial as part of its efforts following the brand unification on April 1, 2026.
In April, the company unified its brokerage and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations under the 'Nomura no Chukai Plus' brand and established the tagline 'Sono kitai ni, plus wo.' This new campaign aims to further accelerate brand awareness and the delivery of its message to customers.
Storyline The commercial starts with Ninomiya waking up in a hospital bed, only to find he has become 'Ni-Nomura Kazuya.' Despite being called by doctors and nurses, and shown an employee ID card for 'Ni-Nomura Kazuya' or the company logo, he cannot recall who he is. He gradually realizes that he is not Ninomiya, but 'Ni-Nomura,' a salesman for 'Nomura no Chukai Plus.' Through reflections, he recalls his own words to a junior employee: 'It’s not enough to just meet expectations. You have to exceed them. Because we are 'Nomura no Chukai Plus', right?' Will he be able to find his own identity again?
Filming Report Ninomiya handled his role with subtle performances, switching between the weary air of a patient and the confident, reliable senior colleague in a suit. His thoughtful interactions with co-stars were noted during the filming process.
