The ninth facility, 'MEFULL Shibuya Dougenzaka' (hereinafter 'the property'), currently under development in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, is scheduled for completion in October 2026, with tenants opening gradually from January 2027. Additionally, through collaboration with Hit Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hideki Fukai), a company specializing in outdoor advertising, a large digital signage installed at the property will be operated as 'MEFULL Shibuya Dougenzaka Hit Vision' and is scheduled to begin broadcasting on Monday, October 19, 2026.

The property is a facility that gathers service-oriented businesses centered on beauty, health, and wellness, with the concept of 'self-improvement.' Leveraging its location within walking distance of Shibuya Station, it will primarily attract services that support individuals pursuing personal beauty and health, such as beauty clinics, hair salons, esthetic salons, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry, and fitness centers. It will also consider attracting services that cater to diverse urban lifestyles, including work styles, learning, hobbies, and social interaction. As a new initiative, the facility aims to further enliven the Dougenzaka area by using the large digital signage for advertising and information dissemination by tenant businesses. Tenant leasing activities are already underway in preparation for the phased openings starting from January 2027.

MEFULL Shibuya Dougenzaka Hit Vision is a large digital signage newly installed in the Shibuya-Dougenzaka area—a hub for the latest trends and youth culture attracting visitors from around the world—through collaboration with Hit Co., Ltd., a specialist in outdoor advertising.
The combined display area of the rooftop and wall-mounted screens totals approximately 251.2㎡. The screen layout takes advantage of the building’s vertical structure, ensuring high visibility and dynamic advertising expression even from street level. Its distinctive shape and scale evoke New York City’s Times Square, establishing a strong presence as a new information hub in the Shibuya-Dougenzaka area.
Located in Dougenzaka, where commercial facilities, restaurants, entertainment venues, and offices are concentrated, the signage is accessible via multiple train lines. It enables advertising outreach to a diverse audience, from local residents and daily visitors to domestic and international tourists.
As a large digital signage integrated with the facility, it will realize brand communication that leverages the unique expressive power of video, synchronized with the vibrancy of the neighborhood. The goal is not only to enhance advertisers’ brand awareness and generate buzz but also to contribute to shaping a new urban landscape in the Shibuya-Dougenzaka area.
