Nono STUDIO (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Etsuko Nagai) exhibited at 'Doitsu Komikku Maketto 2026' (hereinafter 'Dokomi 2026'), one of Europe's largest manga and Japanese culture events, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from May 29 (Fri) to May 31 (Sun), 2026. Manga artist Nono Shimanaga, affiliated with the company, also participated as an official guest of 'Dokomi 2026', and an autograph session was held at the booth of local publisher 'Dokico'.

'Dokomi 2026' is one of the leading large-scale events in Europe covering a wide range of content including anime, manga, games, cosplay, music, and Japanese culture. According to local media, attendance at 'Dokomi 2026' reached a record high of approximately 230,000.

This marks the company's third consecutive year of participation in the event, having started in 2024. During the event, the company displayed original artwork by its creators, sold German-translated comics, and offered original merchandise, engaging with many local fans. Shimanaga's autograph session drew approximately 100 readers over two days, with long lines forming in front of the booth, creating great excitement.

Furthermore, all original artwork was sold out, and the company's sales at the event reached an all-time high. Many voices expressed anticipation for the second volume of the German-translated comic 'Mach ihn hart: Mein Chef hält sich nicht zurück!' (scheduled for release in autumn 2026), marking another opportunity to demonstrate the growth potential of Japanese-origin TL (Teen Love) and adult romance manga in the European market.

In addition to the German-translated comics, the company exhibited and sold original merchandise and artwork at the venue. Notably, the original artwork pieces sold out, attracting significant attention with numerous reservations. There was also much anticipation for upcoming volumes from readers, who expressed their excitement for the release of the second volume, highlighting the strong interest in the works.

Through these results, it has been demonstrated that TL and adult romance manga, which are popular in Japan, can gain strong support in the European market as well.
