About Tera Energy Denki
Tera Energy Denki is an electricity service launched in 2018 by TERA Energy Co., Ltd., founded in Kyoto by a group of Buddhist monks. Under the mission of 'weaving warm connections,' the service delivers electricity primarily from renewable sources and offers a 'donation-attached electricity' model: users can select a cause they wish to support, and up to 2.5% of their monthly electricity bill is donated from the company's revenue to the chosen organization.
Since donations are funded from TERA Energy's revenue, users incur no additional costs. Using electricity as usual directly supports organizations addressing social issues. Over 170 recipient organizations (Hottoshisan Organizations) are registered nationwide, spanning fields such as child-rearing support, welfare, environment, and education. Organizations undergo a review process by TERA Energy, and Wamomo Network has now been certified and listed as a donation recipient.

Background: Fully Donation-Based NPO and 'Support from Daily Life'
Wamomo Network operates under the philosophy of 'thorough peer support.' 'Peer' refers to individuals sharing similar experiences. To ensure parents raising children with disabilities can gather as equals—without hierarchical relationships between supporters and recipients—the organization maintains a fully donation-based model without government委托 projects. Its community space 'Wahaha House' serves around 600 people annually, and its disaster preparedness workbook has been distributed free of charge to over 8,000 households nationwide. All activities are supported solely by donations and grants from individuals and corporations.
Following its certification as a Public Interest Incorporated Foundation in March 2026 and receipt of the Good Giving Mark in June, this partnership is part of building a sustainable operational foundation. The organization believes that expanding options for support through everyday life—not requiring people to 'try hard' to donate—holds significant value for donation-based NPOs.
Statement from the Representative Director
'We are delighted to have an entry point for supporting our activities embedded in daily life through electricity usage. TERA Energy's philosophy of 'weaving warm connections' resonates deeply with our own value of 'no one left behind.' We hope this partnership will strengthen our ongoing efforts, together with the community, to prevent isolation among children with disabilities and their families.'

Disaster Preparedness Workbook (Free Distribution Project)
A disaster preparedness workbook for people with disabilities and their families. First published in 2017, the first printed edition of 500 copies was produced in FY2024 with support from the All-Japan Charitable Fund. Subsequently, 5,000 copies were distributed free of charge with support from the JR West Japan Safety Foundation.
Total distribution exceeds 8,000 copies, reaching special needs schools, welfare facilities, neighborhood disaster coordinators, and general households nationwide. Distribution continues. Received the Excellence Award in the 2025 'Kiratto Kagayaku! OSAKA Citizen Activity Grand Prix' (Reiwa 7).
Wahaha no Wa (Peer Community)
'Peer' refers to individuals sharing similar experiences. Wamomo Network's 'thorough peer' approach emphasizes equality. Even in peer relationships, hierarchies can emerge; the organization structurally prevents this and continuously strives for true equality. To maintain this, it avoids government委托 projects and aims for a donation-based model that minimizes user fees.
On open days, anyone can visit Wahaha House. Individual support (Kobetsu Pia Hoko Hoko: advance notice required) is available for those uncomfortable in large groups. Instead of providing answers, the organization offers information and companionship, respecting the decisions of individuals and families.
Received the Excellence Award in the 2022 'Kiratto Kagayaku! OSAKA Citizen Activity Grand Prix' (Reiwa 4). Same year, certified under Ikuno Ward's Sustainable Community Development Support Program.
