NPO Tomin Silver Support Center (Location: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) will hold the 'Shukatsu Fair 2026,' where companies related to end-of-life planning will gather, at Rakan Kaikan in Meguro-ku on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
This event, themed 'A Future for Singles and Supporters to Consider Together,' is a place to proactively think about one's own future and the preparations that can be made now for important family members, through experiences and consultations. Participation is free, no reservation is required, and entry/exit is free.

1. Special 'Nokan no Gi' (Encoffinment Ceremony) Demonstration
Recreating the world of the movie 'It's Time to Say Goodbye Soon,' the 'Nokan no Gi,' which is usually not witnessed, will be specially open to the public with professional commentary. You can observe the sacred rituals of beautifully preparing the deceased up close.

2. 10 Sessions! Shukatsu Seminars Taught by Professionals
Ten mini-seminars will be held on various themes, including key points of long-term care insurance, basics of inheritance planning, choosing a satisfactory nursing home, and the necessity of wills.

As a first step to knowing yourself, we offer experiential corners where you can visualize the preparations you need now, such as the popular 'Elderly Risk Diagnosis,' 'Dementia Diagnosis,' and 'Ending Game.'

Those who collect stamps at the venue will receive a free admission ticket (normally 500 yen for adults) to Rakan-ji Temple, which houses the 'Gohyaku Rakan Statues,' a Tokyo Metropolitan Government-designated tangible cultural property.
