[Niigata University of Health and Welfare] 'Chugai Pharmaceutical presents Wheelchair Softball Experience' on 6/7 (Sun)!

Niigata University of Health and Welfare, part of the NSG Group, will host the "Chugai Pharmaceutical presents Wheelchair Softball Experience," organized by the Japan Wheelchair Softball Association. In recent years, as the importance of diversity and inclusion has gained attention throughout society, there is a growing demand for environments where everyone can enjoy sports together, regardless of disability, age, or gender. In this event, by actually riding a competition wheelchair and experiencing softball, we provide a practical opportunity to deepen understanding of diversity while having fun and experiencing an inclusive society. On the day, national team players Masatsugu Shinoda and Tomoyuki Kurotsuka will participate, and we have prepared a program that is easy to understand even for beginners. You can also experience the charm and potential of wheelchair softball, which aims to become an official event at the 2028 Los Angeles Paralympics. We look forward to your participation!
