Harumi 5-chome West District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project: HARUMI FLAG Acquires 'LEED-ND: Built Project' and 'SITES' Full Certifications (Both GOLD Rating)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the 11 designated builders of the Harumi 5-chome West District Class 1 Urban Redevelopment Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project") announced that HARUMI FLAG, which will be one of the largest mixed-use developments in Tokyo, has acquired GOLD ratings in the Built Project certification for "LEED® ND (Neighborhood Development)" and the full certification of "SITES® (The Sustainable SITES Initiative)", an international environmental performance certification system operated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC®) that primarily evaluates landscape sustainability.
