Nippon Travel Agency (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Keigo Yoshida) has entered into partnership agreements with three major Indonesian educational institutions regarding employment and recruitment support in Japan.

Through long-term partnerships with these institutions, the company aims to contribute to resolving labor shortages in Japan's tourism, hospitality, railway, engineering, and IT sectors, while fostering employment opportunities for Indonesian students.

Nippon Travel Agency is actively driving its Global Talent Development business to address social issues such as the labor shortage in tourism-focused and other industries, while meeting the rapidly increasing inbound travel demand. Including these new agreements, the company has now signed recruitment partnerships with 13 higher education institutions across five countries. The company intends to further expand its areas of operation and deepen its initiatives.
