NTT Sonority Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroshi Sakai) will launch 'SonoVo,' a DX solution brand for all field workers, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Leveraging NTT's long-standing acoustic technology, the brand combines voice AI solutions, communication devices for field use, and on-premises communication solutions to solve operational challenges through voice technology. It aims to go beyond simple communication efficiency to transform business processes that were previously impossible, supporting the essential advancement of field DX.

In field industries such as construction, customer service, healthcare, and retail, issues regarding labor shortages and skill succession are becoming critical. In Japan, a labor shortage of up to approximately 6.44 million people is projected by 2030, necessitating increased productivity with limited personnel. However, conventional digital tools based on PCs and smartphones are difficult to adapt to field environments involving outdoor work, noise, and manual labor, hindering the progress of field DX.

SonoVo is a field-oriented DX brand that converts voice into business data by 'capturing,' 'delivering,' 'recording,' and 'utilizing' field conversations. Through three products—'SonoVo AI,' 'SonoVo GEAR,' and 'SonoVo BOX'—it provides end-to-end support from communication to recording, sharing, and utilization. Beta versions are currently available, with commercial versions scheduled for sequential release starting in the summer of 2026.
