NTV HR Research Institute will launch OFFLINE AI on June 4, 2026. This on-premises application utilizes local LLMs, enabling companies to use generative AI within their own managed environments without sending data to external servers. It is designed to handle highly confidential information such as recruitment data, contracts, estimates, and customer records. Since it runs locally, it operates in offline environments without internet access (e.g., in airplane mode or with Wi-Fi disabled), avoiding external API usage fees or rate limits. Users can manage various tasks via a user-friendly GUI by switching specialized Skills and applications tailored to their business needs, such as screening documents or drafting proposals. NTV HR handles the initial environment setup and application customization.
