NYC Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuhito Nakatsuka; hereinafter "NYC") announces that, effective July 1, 2026, it will succeed the survey and publishing business in the human resources and labor field from Seikei Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Director: Sadao Ota; hereinafter "Seikei Research Institute").

About Seikei Research Institute's Business

Since its founding in 1948, Seikei Research Institute has conducted practical surveys on corporate executive compensation, executive bonuses, retirement allowances, wages, travel expense regulations, and other HR and labor-related topics, publishing the results as specialized reports.
