Debuted in 1997 as the singer and main songwriter of NONA REEVES.

Since then, he has been involved as a music producer, lyricist, and composer for many works and artists including Shonentai, SMAP, V6, YUKI, Yasuyuki Okamura, A.B.C-Z, and Airi Suzuki.

Beyond his band activities, he is also active as a novelist, screenwriter, writer, MC, and on his own YouTube channel 'Nishidera Gota Channel (NGC)'.

In February 2026, he released a deep city pop cover album 'Human', filled with love and homage to Japanese music of the 80s and 90s.

A music producer, arranger, lyricist, composer, bassist, keyboardist, guitarist, and manipulator from Tokyo.

He learned piano in early childhood and aspired to be a film music composer like Joe Hisaishi, but encountered Hi-STANDARD in the 6th grade and decided to aim for a band career.

He specializes in pop melody creation and arrangements that cross over various genres, providing songs, production, and arrangements for numerous artists including BE:FIRST, eill, Superfly, timelesz, sumika, Hyde, Tani Yuuki, MISIA, chevon, V6, ASH DA HERO, ALI, Suisei Hoshimachi, and RADIO FISH.

He also serves as a utility player, providing live support for many artists such as official髭男dism, sumika, and BE:FIRST.

Since 2018, he has been co-writing with overseas artists, expanding his music activities with a global market in mind. In 2022, he founded 'OIKOS MUSIC' to support young artists.

In 2024, he launched the artist project 'cross-dominance by Ryo'LEFTY'Miyata', where artists transcending nationality, genre, gender, and generation collaborate to deliver music to the world.
