Cuvée J2 Hôtel Osaka, managed by Okcs, is set to host a makers dinner featuring the Champagne house 'Jean Vesselle' on September 11, 2026. This event will be the first makers dinner hosted by Higashihiko Sanaga since his appointment as Jean Vesselle's official ambassador in April 2026.
Cuvée J2 Hôtel Osaka is the world's first official champagne hotel, formally partnered with 11 prestigious Champagne houses. The hotel features 11 guest rooms, each expressing the world view of a partner house, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Champagne culture during their stay.
Jean Vesselle, the highlight of this event, is a Récoltant Manipulant (RM) based in Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne, France. Since its founding in 1930, the house has managed everything from cultivation to winemaking across its 15 hectares of estate vineyards. It is currently led by the second-generation owners, Delphine Vesselle and her husband David.
During the event, a total of 6 types of champagne, including the representative cuvée 'Cœur de Bacchus' (Heart of Bacchus), will be served. Guests will enjoy the pairing of these champagnes with Edomae-style sushi.
