'Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama' (Location: Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, General Manager: Yuji Shimada) will hold a 'Golden Week Lunch Buffet' at the all-day dining 'Le Jardin' for the period from Saturday, May 2 to Tuesday, May 5 (national holiday), 2026, where guests can taste early summer gastronomy along with highly aromatic ingredients.

The 'Golden Week Lunch Buffet', held for 4 days only, will offer a lineup of about 65 menu items. Centered around Western dishes where the aroma of herbs and spices whet the appetite, it will include Japanese dishes and desserts utilizing ingredients unique to early summer.

At the performance kitchen, where dishes are finished right before the guests' eyes, we offer three types of main dishes. The 'Roast Beef' is served with chimichurri sauce, accented by the refreshing feel of coriander and the crisp spiciness of jalapeño. Additionally, you can enjoy dishes prepared with the chef's dedication, such as 'Kisarazu Okasodachi Salmon and Asparagus with Japanese Herb Béarnaise Sauce', where a béarnaise sauce using Japanese herbs enhances the delicate flavor of the salmon, and 'Herb Grilled Matsusaka Pork served with Baked Polenta'.

On the buffet tables, Western dishes flavored with herbs and spices will be lined up, such as 'Kelp-cured Sea Bream and Turnip Carpaccio with Grapefruit and Herb Dressing' and 'Five-spice Fried Chicken Breast with Sesame Flavor'. Furthermore, we have prepared a colorful, seasonal lineup including 'Broad Bean Surinagashi (puree)' and 'Bonito Nigiri Sushi' at the Japanese food corner, and 'White Peach Shortcake' and 'Melon Petit Tart' at the dessert corner.
