The trend of 'Time-Performance Marriage' (Taipa-kon) is rising as busy individuals seek efficient matchmaking. According to a 2023 Recruit Bridal Science Research Institute survey, about 70% of people in their 20s consider dating that does not lead to marriage a waste of time. Traditional matching apps require an average of 15.3 days and over 10 messages before a first date, posing a barrier due to communication delays and scheduling stress.\n\nYoitoki, an AI-driven matchmaking service operated by OLA PARTY JAPAN Co., Ltd., solves this issue. Its AI Date Concierge automates restaurant selection and date scheduling, cutting the preparation time to first date by approximately 80% and reducing user coordination to minutes.\n\nIn an April 2026 survey (N=500) by Yoitoki, 84.2% of users reported finding pre-date coordination messages painful. Furthermore, 58.6% had cancelled dates because slow responses lowered their enthusiasm. By automating scheduling, Yoitoki aims to alleviate these burdens and help increase marriage rates. The service supports Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional/Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese.
