Ogori City, Fukuoka, is calling for performers for a street piano concert at the 'Tanabata Festa' held at the Aeon Ogori Shopping Center on July 5. Ogori is affectionately known as the 'Home of Tanabata' because shrines dedicated to Orihime and Hikoboshi are located on either side of the Homan River. On the day of the event, performers will play the 'HEIKICHI Piano,' donated by a citizen, on a stage decorated with bamboo lanterns. Genres such as classical, pop, movie music, and anime songs are welcome, and both solo and duet performances are allowed. Participation is free.
