Uzbekistan Immigration Agency and ONODERA USER RUN Open 'OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY Tashkent Center'

ONODERA USER RUN (Headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Jun Kato) announced the official opening of the 'OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY Uzbekistan Tashkent Center' on May 18, 2026, coinciding with the completion of the educational training facility under the Uzbekistan Immigration Agency.

Nurturing Safe and Reliable Foreign Talent Through Education (Software) and Environment (Hardware) With the completion of the immigration agency’s facility, educational functions previously held in temporary classrooms were relocated here. The opening ceremony featured a showcase of the center's facilities and a class led by OUR's Japanese language instructor, Ms. Uchiyama.

In addition to standard language learning, a special class focusing on 'diversity' was held. This class, which covers how individuals with different cultural backgrounds can understand and collaborate in the workplace, is a crucial process for ensuring foreign talent can work long-term in Japan without isolation.

We have expanded our state-of-the-art educational facilities to prepare students for employment in Japan: - Nursing: Hands-on nursing equipment - Food & Beverage: Training kitchen and hall facilities - Hospitality: Training guest rooms - Logistics: Training forklifts

By simulating the reality of Japanese workplaces in these advanced environments, we nurture talent capable of contributing immediately upon arrival.

Comprehensive Support for a Foundation to Focus on Learning The facility is equipped with a cafeteria serving nutritionally balanced meals and a student dormitory. Through communal living, students naturally acquire Japanese lifestyle habits, manners, and punctuality, becoming independent individuals who can smoothly integrate into Japanese society.

Ongoing Partnership Between the Uzbek Government and OUR Since their first meeting in May 2025, OUR and the Uzbekistan Immigration Agency have signed an MOU for free education and labor placement. In November 2025, training started in temporary facilities. In April 2026, tripartite MOUs were signed with the Immigration Agency and 'Vatanparvar' for Specified Skilled Worker development, as well as with WILLER EXPRESS to further solidify the training pipeline.
