ONODERA USER RUN Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Jun Kato, Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "OUR") is pleased to announce that as of the end of May 2026, the number of successful candidates for Specified Skills through free education at our own educational facility, OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY, has surpassed 10,000, reaching 10,016.

Since 2018, our company has been providing specialized education for passing the Specified Skills examinations and Japanese language education in various overseas countries. Currently, we are educating students at OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY (our own free education facilities) in five countries (the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, and Uzbekistan), continuously producing human resources with Specified Skills.

Furthermore, we have already signed MOUs with relevant government organizations in Mongolia and Bangladesh and plan to open OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY there, working towards creating educational opportunities for more young Asians who dream of working in Japan. To date, we have provided education in the fields of nursing care, food service, accommodation, aviation, construction, automobile maintenance, agriculture, food and beverage manufacturing, building cleaning, and automobile transport, out of the 19 fields covered by Specified Skills. Over 6,500 OUR BLOOM (OUR personnel) are already active across Japan.

The trajectory of "OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY," which provides free education with a view to success in Japan

The journey of "OUR BLOOMING ACADEMY," which has provided free education to over 10,000 students and produced many successful candidates, began in 2018, before the start of the Specified Skills system, with the opening of schools in Davao, Philippines, and Yangon, Myanmar.

The Davao school, which started with education in Japanese and nursing care, has now grown into OUR's largest academy, with the most students studying there. In recent years, it has significantly expanded its educational scope, producing numerous successful candidates in the aviation field. The Yangon school is also equipped to educate over 1,100 students annually.

In 2023, we opened two new schools in Vientiane, Laos, and Jakarta, Indonesia. The Vientiane school was established through public-private collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Laos and the Vientiane Skill Development Center. Meanwhile, the Jakarta school provides a supportive environment with free dormitory and meal services, and recently, education in fields such as building cleaning and automobile transport has commenced.

Furthermore, in 2025, we opened new academies in Marikina, Philippines, and Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Marikina school was established as a "Quad-Party Cooperation Project (Public-Private Partnership)" involving the city of Marikina, Marikina City University (PLMAR), the town of Sakai, Ibaraki Prefecture, and OUR. In March 2026, it produced its first successful candidates for the Specified Skills examination since its opening.

In 2026, we opened two more academies in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Medan, Indonesia. The Tashkent school was opened in cooperation with the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan. In collaboration with local driving schools, we have launched full-scale specialized education in fields such as "automobile transport" and "logistics warehousing." The Medan school, as our second base in Indonesia, has signed an MOU with the local private university, Sari Mutiara University, and is operating in a portion of the university's campus.

OUR offers "OUR Straight Through," a system where we handle the entire process from recruitment and education to introduction and post-arrival support without outsourcing to external parties.

The greatest strength of this scheme is the "free education" provided locally. By making education costs free, not only can local youth study and come to Japan without debt, but we can also conduct strict selections led by our company without compromise.
