Ono Sokki Co., Ltd., an electronic measuring instrument manufacturer, will begin selling a new 'NVH/Road Noise Transfer Path Analysis (TPA)' report for the BMW i7 flagship EV on June 3, 2026, as part of its 'Benchmarking Report Sales' business. This highly requested report investigates vehicle NVH performance and TPA contribution analysis. The report targets automobile manufacturers and electric vehicle-related companies. The BMW i7 BEV is known for high quietness and numerous NVH countermeasures. Testing involved real-road driving on road noise and harshness surfaces, power unit mount characteristic evaluation, and hammering excitation tests for TPA. The TPA calculated the contribution, force, and body acoustic sensitivity of each body input point to the cabin noise measurement points. Ono Sokki plans to continue expanding its benchmarking report lineup for both existing and new vehicle models.
