Wanwan Resort Yataya Shotouen, operated by GENSEN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Shunsuke Kawasaki), which develops 75 hot spring hotels, inns, and theme parks nationwide, has changed to its summer kaiseki cuisine starting Monday, June 1st.

As the only facility within the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group to offer kaiseki cuisine, Wanwan Resort Yataya Shotouen meticulously prepares the bounty of the sea and mountains for each season, crafted with the chef's utmost skill. Two types of kaiseki meals are available: 'Basic Kaiseki' and 'Special Selection'. Please enjoy our delicate kaiseki dishes made with seasonal ingredients and local "Jiwamon" ingredients such as Kaga vegetables.

Chef's Points of Emphasis for the Summer Kaiseki Cuisine

We have focused on incorporating ingredients that allow guests to feel summer through their taste, as well as creating dishes that visually evoke a sense of "summer."

Considering what constitutes local and seasonal cuisine, we visited the markets of Kanazawa to select our ingredients. We have carefully refined these selections to create a memorable summer kaiseki that will satisfy our guests. We invite you to savor it.
