Summary of Original Announcement: On December 19, 2024, our company's board of directors resolved to purchase 29 land parcels, including lot no. 137, in the Chongde Section of Xizhi District, New Taipei City. The land area was 3,138.57 square meters (949.42 ping), with an expected purchase price of NT$1.8 million per ping, for a total of NT$1.7089 billion. The plan was to carry out a reconstruction project via urban renewal to build and sell a residential tower.

Reason for and Main Content of the Change: However, as the consolidation of some land parcels could not be completed, it was not possible to proceed with the purchase alongside land and structures from other private landowners and the National Property Administration. Therefore, our company has currently only completed the purchase of 26 land parcels and their existing structures, including lot no. 137, in the Chongde Section of Xizhi District. The land area is 2,900.88 square meters (877.52 ping), with a total transaction price of NT$1,579,474,000, and a land unit price of approximately NT$1.8 million per ping.
