2515 BES Engineering: Announcement of 4th Audit Committee Members

BES Engineering (2515) announced on May 21, 115, the appointment of members for its 4th Audit Committee. Due to the expiration of the term, former members Ge Shu-ren, Chang Fan, Liu Deng-cheng, and Pan Wei-gang have stepped down. The newly appointed members are Chi Kai-feng, Chen Shih-yang, and Lin Hung-ta. Chi Kai-feng is a practicing attorney and adjunct associate professor at Shih Hsin University. Chen Shih-yang serves as an independent director at Dahua Construction and a director at Shinkong Steel. Lin Hung-ta serves as an independent director at Huang Pu Construction and China Bills Finance Corporation. The appointments became effective on May 21, 115.
