2006 Tung Ho Steel Announcement of Audit Committee Members

On May 22, 2025, Tung Ho Steel announced the appointment of its audit committee members. Due to the expiration of the term, former members Liu Te-ming, Liu Chi-kang, and Liu Chia-wen stepped down. The new committee members are Liu Chi-kang, Liu Chia-wen, Sun Ming-te, and Ko Wen-ling. Sun Ming-te is the Director of the Business Cycle Forecasting Center at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, and Ko Wen-ling is the Chairperson and spokesperson of Cayman Tung Ming Holdings. The term of the audit committee members is the same as that of the current board of directors.
