Chung Hung Steel Corporation announced that its annual general meeting held on May 22 approved the directors' engagement in competitive activities. The directors granted permission are Zhu Min (Supervisor at Pacific Stevedoring Co., Ltd.) and Huang Kun-bin (Director at ECOVE Environment Corp.). The permission is valid for the duration of their tenure as directors of the company. The resolution was passed by more than two-thirds of the voting rights represented by shareholders present, who held at least half of the total issued shares.
