2850 Shin Kong Insurance: Appointment of 5th Audit Committee

On May 22, 2025, Shin Kong Insurance announced the members of its 5th Audit Committee. In addition to existing members Zhou Xiancai, Yan Changshou, and Wang Ruiyu, Xu Yujia has been newly appointed, bringing the committee to a total of four members. This appointment follows the board re-election, with the new term effective from May 22, 2025. The committee, composed entirely of independent directors, will focus on overseeing financial reporting and internal controls.
