3711 ASE Technology Holding: Announcement regarding facility engineering procurement by subsidiary

On May 22, 2026, ASE Technology Holding (3711) announced that its subsidiary, ASE Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has acquired facility engineering services for operational use from Chang Ding Engineering Co., Ltd. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 20 of the regulations. The transaction occurred between May 15 and May 22, 2026. The transaction was approved by the General Manager, with a total value of NT$369,533,000 (excluding tax). There is no related-party relationship between the company and Chang Ding Engineering. Payment terms are via wire transfer or letter of credit, with no restrictive covenants. The purpose of this transaction is to support production and operational requirements.
