3022 IEI Integration: Appointment of the 6th Compensation Committee

IEI Integration announced that its board of directors has appointed the members of the 6th Compensation Committee following the re-election of directors due to the expiration of their terms. The new members are Huang Shih-ying (Partner at Chih-Hsin CPAs), Yang Tsung-lin (Professor at NTU College of Medicine), and Chen Wei-chao (Senior Expert at ITRI), replacing the outgoing members He Yin-chuan, Hsu Chia-lien, and Lo Wen-pao. The term of the new committee members is the same as that of the current board of directors.
