9929 Chiu Yi Innovation Board of Directors Election Announcement

On May 25, 2025, Chiu Yi Innovation Co., Ltd. held an election for its board of directors due to the expiration of their terms. The outgoing directors included Chen Hui-yu, Chang Shih-kuei, Lin Keng-jan, Kuo Cheng-hung, and independent directors Lin Lung-ta, Tsai Ming-fang, and Chung Kung-chao. The newly elected directors are Chen Hui-yu, Lin Wen-hui (Chairperson of Global Life Insurance), Liao Yi-lin (Assistant to the Chairperson of Global Life Insurance), and Kuo Cheng-hung (CEO of Deloitte Taiwan). The new independent directors are Chen Chih-wei (Chairperson of SAP Taiwan), Sun Cheng-yi (former Deputy Director-General of the Investigation Bureau), and Chen Szu-ho (Founder of He-Yao International Law Firm). This election resulted in a change of more than one-third of the board members.
