6112 MetaAge: Important Resolutions of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

On May 26, 2025, MetaAge held its annual general meeting and passed several key resolutions. The meeting approved the profit distribution plan for the 2025 fiscal year (Republic of China year 114). Additionally, the financial statements and business reports for the same period were approved. The proposal to lift non-compete restrictions for current directors and their representatives was also passed. There were no amendments to the articles of incorporation or elections for directors and supervisors during this meeting.
