6505 Formosa Petrochemical

On May 26, 2025, Formosa Petrochemical (6505) held a board meeting and resolved to lift the non-compete restrictions for Senior Vice President Chen Chia-yi. The approval allows him to serve as a manager in companies with the same or similar business nature as the company. The authorization is effective from today until his departure from the position. The resolution was passed with the consent of all attending directors. This does not involve any non-compete activities related to businesses in mainland China.
