6782 Vision Science: Announcement on Waiver of Non-Compete Restrictions for Directors

On May 26, 2025, Vision Science (6782) held its annual general meeting and passed a resolution to waive non-compete restrictions for its newly appointed directors and their representatives. The individuals granted this waiver include Li Chung-Yi, Yu Ke-Yung, BenQ Materials Corp., and its representative Liu Pei-Yi, as well as independent directors Wei Chiu-Jui, Yang Ying-Chou, Chao Kuo-Kuang, and Lai Wei-Ting.
