One of the conditions for completion was approval from the Investment Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs (hereinafter "IC"), which was granted on July 3, 115.

3. Measures: The Offeror will continue the public tender offer for Powerlogic Corporation's ordinary shares until 3:30 PM on July 8, 115.
