1. According to Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Issuance and Conversion Rules of the second unsecured convertible bonds issued by the Company within the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "these convertible bonds"): Starting from the day after the third month following issuance (May 4, 115) until forty days before the end of the issuance period (December 25, 119), if the closing price of the Company's common stock exceeds 130% (inclusive) of the current conversion price (NT$90.50) for thirty consecutive trading days (May 29, 115 to July 13, 115), the Company may, within thirty trading days thereafter, send a "Bond Redemption Notice" with a thirty-day expiry period via registered mail to bondholders (the period shall be calculated from the date the Company mails the notice, with the expiry date as the bond redemption benchmark date, and such period shall not fall within the conversion suspension period specified in Article 9). The notice shall be sent to bondholders listed on the bondholder register as of the fifth business day prior to the mailing date of the notice (July 27, 115). For those who acquire these convertible bonds after this date due to trading or other reasons, the notice shall be made by public announcement. Upon execution of the redemption request by the Company, the final deadline for bondholders to request conversion shall be the second business day after the termination of OTC trading for these convertible bonds (applications must be submitted to the securities dealer by September 3, 115). Bondholders who fail to submit a written request for conversion to their securities dealer by the aforementioned deadline will have all their bonds redeemed in cash at the "face value."

Redemption Procedures for These Convertible Bonds: As these convertible bonds are issued in book-entry form only, bondholders must bring the following documents to their original trading securities dealer to complete the redemption procedures: 1. Securities savings passbook. 2. Completed Form 127 "Application for Book-Entry Conversion/Redemption/Sale of Convertible Bonds" (marked as redemption) with the seal of the CDP account affixed. 3. Photocopy of both sides of the identity card.

After receiving the documents, the trading securities dealer will submit the application to the Taiwan Central Depository & Clearing Corporation.
