1. According to Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the 'Issuance and Conversion Regulations' for the first unsecured convertible bonds issued in Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as 'these convertible bonds'), if the closing price of the company's ordinary shares exceeds 130% (inclusive) of the current conversion price (NT$93.40) for 30 consecutive trading days (from May 29, 115 to July 13, 115) during the period starting the day after three months from issuance (April 23, 115) and ending 40 days before the maturity date (December 13, 119), the company may, within 30 trading days thereafter, send a 'Bond Redemption Notice' via registered mail to bondholders, with a 30-day redemption period.
