The Company previously announced on July 1, 2026, the adjustment of the conversion price for its sixth offshore unsecured convertible bond. However, upon confirmation, the adjustment arising from the distribution of 2026 ordinary cash dividends does not meet the 1% threshold specified under Condition 5.3.5(i) of the issuance terms. According to the terms, such adjustment shall be carried forward and not take effect immediately. Therefore, the prior announcement is hereby corrected.

The conversion price of the Company's outstanding sixth offshore unsecured convertible bond (ISIN: XS3186680602) will remain unchanged at NT$1,423.50 per share, and will not be adjusted to NT$1,413.27 per share.
