### Subject Announcement on behalf of subsidiary Jiuxin Real Estate (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. regarding a court-ordered provisional asset seizure.

### Applicable Clause Clause 2

### Fact Occurrence Date August 13, 2026

### Explanation - Party to the Legal Matter: Jiuxin Real Estate (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. - Court or Authority: Binhu District People's Court, Wuxi City, Mainland China - Case Numbers of Related Documents: (2026) Su0211 Zhi Bao 1458 and 3077 - Fact Occurrence Date: August 13, 2026

- Background of Incident (including subject of litigation): Jiuxin Real Estate (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Jiuxin"), an indirectly 100%-owned subsidiary of our company, has encountered a dispute with its supplier, Shanghai Jian Gong Qi Jian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Shanghai No.7") over the determination of engineering fees for a contracted construction project. As a result, Shanghai No.7 filed a lawsuit and applied for a provisional asset seizure of RMB 107,373,163 against Jiuxin’s assets.

- Handling Process: Jiuxin and Shanghai No.7 entered into a fixed-total-price construction contracting agreement. Jiuxin has already accrued and recorded appropriate payable construction project expenses. Jiuxin has continuously coordinated and settled issues related to deviations during the construction period, including failure to construct according to drawings, quality not meeting agreed standards, and project delays. However, Shanghai No.7 unilaterally claimed additional payments without providing reasonable supporting evidence, resulting in an inability to finalize settlement and thus causing the dispute. Consequently, Shanghai No.7 filed a lawsuit and applied for a provisional asset seizure for asset preservation, which is currently under court review.

- Impact on Company's Financial and Business Operations and Estimated Impact Amount: Jiuxin has ample funds and can conduct capital reduction to flexibly meet the group's funding needs. Its financial condition is sound, and its primary business focuses on selling remaining housing units, with no other major business developments. After evaluation, the amount subject to provisional seizure is not expected to have a significant impact on its financial and business operations.

- Response Measures and Improvement Status: Legal counsel has been engaged to handle the relevant legal procedures to protect the company's rights.

- Other Matters to Be Disclosed: None.
