OpenStreet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomoaki Kudo; hereinafter "OpenStreet"), Marushime Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Yasutake Okuma; hereinafter "Marushime"), and Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture (Mayor: Naoto Nagasaka) announce the signing of a tripartite agreement titled "Agreement on Demonstration Experiment toward Utilization of Shared Cycling" (hereinafter "this agreement").

On June 23, 2026, OpenStreet, Marushime, and Toyohashi City signed this agreement with the objective of improving local transportation convenience and verifying the effectiveness and challenges of shared cycling as a new mobility option complementing public transportation. Under this agreement, ports for the shared cycling service "HELLO CYCLING" will be installed at three locations, including Toyohashi City Hall and Futagawa Station, with further expansion planned through ongoing collaboration among the three parties.

In Toyohashi City, Marushime has been operating the "HELLO CYCLING" service since July 23, 2024. With the addition of these three new public sites, the total number of port locations in the city will reach 23.

Since the service launch, usage frequency and number of users have steadily increased despite seasonal fluctuations, indicating growing adoption as a local transportation option. Additionally, "HELLO CYCLING" ports operated by Marushime are also available in nearby Shinshiro City, Tahara City, and Gamagori City in Aichi Prefecture, as well as in Lake Hamana City in Shizuoka Prefecture, enabling cross-municipal travel.

Recent usage data shows that existing and new users each account for approximately 50% of local users, suggesting that the service is increasingly used not only by visitors but also as a regular means of daily transportation by local residents.
