(Headquarters: Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture; President: Osamu Fukuda; hereinafter "Fukuda Keiki") announce a business partnership to introduce 200 electric-assist bicycles to "HELLO CYCLING," Japan's largest bike-sharing service, starting June 2026.

OpenStreet operates the electric-assist bike-sharing service "HELLO CYCLING" across 29 prefectures, with approximately 14,000 stations and a fleet of over 59,000 bicycles. The service is used by around 5.67 million members.
