Concept: 'A Front-Row Seat to the Blue—Release Yourself' The interior uses white and ivory tones with gold and seaside green accents, featuring curved furniture that naturally draws the gaze toward the scenic panorama.
Wellness Buffet Experience: The menu highlights organic vegetables from the Kanto region, fresh fish delivered daily from Toyosu Market, fermented ingredients, and gluten-free options. Signature items include roast beef made from Kuroge Wagyu thigh marinated in salt-koji for 48 hours (lunch), roast beef made from domestic beef sirloin (dinner), and a colorful collection of desserts created by the hotel's pastry team.
