Cheap SIM unlimited plans allow users to use data without worrying about capacity, but some may hesitate due to concerns about communication speed and speed limits.

Therefore, we conducted a survey targeting 256 users of cheap SIMs to investigate their usage status, satisfaction levels, and concerns regarding unlimited plans.

Survey Summary

- Among cheap SIM users, only 28.91%, or about 30%, are using unlimited plans. - Among unlimited plan users, "Rakuten Mobile" accounts for over half at 52.7%. - 83.79% of users responded that they are satisfied. - The top appeal is "Can use data without worrying about capacity" at 62.16%. - The top concern is "Communication speed is slower than expected" at 28.38%.

Key Data 1: About 30% of Cheap SIM Users Utilize Unlimited Plans

Out of 256 cheap SIM users surveyed, 28.91% (74 people) responded that they are "using" an unlimited plan.

When combined with the 56.64% who are "not using" and the 12.11% who are "considering using," it amounts to about 70%, indicating that those using unlimited plans are still a minority.

Key Data 2: Over 80% of Users Respond "Satisfied"

Regarding satisfaction with unlimited plans, 83.79% responded positively when combining "very satisfied" (47.3%) and "somewhat satisfied" (36.49%).

This means about 4 out of 5 users are satisfied, showing a high evaluation from those who actually use the plans.

Key Data 3: "Slow Communication Speed" is the Top Concern for About 30%

When asked about concerns, "Communication speed is slower than expected" was the most frequent response at 28.38%.

This was followed by "Difficult to use during peak hours" at 18.92% and "Speed limits are imposed after a certain amount of usage" at 16.22%, with speed and limit-related items ranking high.
