LOCUST, an off-price store developed by PAL GROUP HOLDINGS CO., LTD., which also operates 3coins, and Sojitz Corporation, will open its first store in Gunma Prefecture at TakasakiOPA on July 17, 2026.

LOCUST, an off-price store offering great items at surprising prices, will open at TakasakiOPA. The LOCUST TakasakiOPA store will have a one-floor layout of approximately 50 tsubo (approx. 165 sq meters) and will offer not only ladies' and men's apparel but also fashion accessories, lifestyle goods, and a wide range of products to be enjoyed by a broad customer base.

The products handled are selected and purchased by buyers from excess inventory that brands and manufacturers have produced too much of, or from products that are discontinued due to renewals. Items range from inexpensive goods to high-brand products, sold at up to 90% OFF the manufacturer's retail price, with daily sale prices.

In addition, the following special sales will be held to commemorate the opening.
