This is the first large-scale renovation since its opening in December 2005, and the renewal was completed in May 2026.

This renewal enhances the facility's safety and comfort through exterior wall repairs, waterproofing, and LED lighting upgrades. Additionally, new parking equipment such as payment machines have been installed, and cashless payment options are now supported.

Background and Objectives of the Renewal

"Palaca Parking 103" has been operating for approximately 20 years as a vital transportation infrastructure, accessible 24 hours a day to tourists, business people, and local residents, due to its proximity to Nakasu, Kyushu's largest entertainment district, and the Kawabata-dori Shopping Street.

This time, we have carried out the first large-scale renovation since its opening to ensure long-term facility maintenance and improve comfort. This included exterior wall repairs and equipment upgrades. Furthermore, by updating the gates and payment machines and enabling cashless payments, we have created a more comfortable parking environment.

Through this renewal, the Company aims to provide users with a more comfortable parking environment and contribute to the further revitalization of the Nakasu area.
