Chofu PARCO (Store Manager: Keiji Kaneko) achieved 20 billion yen in transaction volume for the fiscal year 2025 (March 2025 - February 2026), marking the first time in 21 years since 2004 (103.5% year-on-year). Visitor numbers also recorded an all-time high (103.2% year-on-year). In addition to the phased renovations implemented since FY2024, transaction volume for PARCO members also grew, supported by the largest number of PARCO card registrations across all PARCO stores. Furthermore, by actively organizing events co-created with the community, we have expanded the support of many customers.

In FY2026, following the completion of the Chofu Station Square in May 2026, we aim to create further appeal by implementing numerous events and projects both inside and outside the facility to foster local attachment and resonance through experiences that offer a sense of the extraordinary. The transaction volume for the first quarter of FY2026 (March-May) is also progressing smoothly.
