Times 24 Launches First Shinkansen 'Transport IC Park & Ride' in East Japan at Sendai Station on June 1st

Times 24 Co., Ltd. will launch a 'Transport IC Park & Ride' service at the 'Times Sendai Station Rooftop Parking' for Shinkansen users starting June 1, 2026. This service provides parking discounts based on the railway travel history recorded on transport IC cards. It eliminates the need for traditional paper proof of travel, allowing users to receive discounts smoothly by authenticating at the payment machine. This is the first implementation at a Shinkansen station in the East Japan area, with plans to expand to other stations sequentially.
